Acupuncture

Had my first session yesterday for the possible relief of endometriosis. I will be trying once a week for one month, as suggested by the acupuncturist as how long it would take to notice a difference. I will keep you posted. Surprisingly it’s very relaxing. You lie on a heated bed with dim lights and soft piano in the background as the acupuncturist inserts extremely thin needles. They don’t hurt, I actually loved it. If this could help? That’d be wondrous.

That sounds wonderful and so relaxing- I’m glad it sounds like it’s been good for you so far. I’m looking forward to see how it continues to go for you :]

(I’m actually looking into acupuncture, would you mind if I asked you more about it? Needles have always terrified me (thank you Star Wars) so I’m pretty nervous)

I used to get acupuncture treatments, so feel free to ask me anything!
